To access the guest room floors, please touch your room key card to the sensor inside the elevator.

Notice of Guest Room Maintenance Work

Bar Lounge Sky Cruiser Closure Notice
The Bar Lounge Sky Cruiser, which has been temporarily closed, will now be permanently closed.
We sincerely appreciate your long-standing patronage.
Please use the Main Bar Vol de Nuit on the 2nd floor going forward.
Notice regarding night-time road construction
We wish to inform our guests that road construction will be conducted on Midosuji Avenue by the Osaka City Construction Bureau during the night-time to early morning hours as follows;
Date : September 19th, 2023 - Until further notice
Time : from 22:00 to 6:00 of the following morning
The construction during these hours might cause some noises and disturbances.

Notice of change in our service charge
In order to provide a safe and secure hotel environment and to further improve the quality of our services,
Hotel Nikko Osaka will make the following change to our service charge.
Details of change : Service charge rate will be raised from 10% to 15%.

Notice regarding Accommodation Tax
In accordance with the Osaka Prefectural Accommodation Tax Ordinance, the total amount of room fees (lodging fees and service fees on lodging fees) will be subject to the Accommodation Tax starting on January 1, 2017.
Please note that this Accommodation Tax is not included in the room fees and lodging plan fees listed on the hotel's public homepage for reservations for lodging on or after January 1, and will be charged separately.

Parcel handling policy
Please be advised that it will be charged 500 JPY (included tax) per parcel per day for storage in the event parcels arrive to the hotel earlier than 3 days prior to arrival date.
It will be applied from the 1st of January, 2018.
*We are pleased to accept and store parcels free of charge up to 3 days prior to arrival.
