Basic Concept as Vegan Friendly

Our hotel's restaurant and banquet kitchen all use the same kitchen, cooking equipment, and cooking oil for their daily operations. Additionally, all cooking utensils, tools, and dishes are thoroughly cleaned. Our menu includes vegan options, and we can accommodate ingredient substitutions based on menu requirements. We are happy to discuss your preferences in advance for special dietary needs and provide options within our capabilities. Please be aware that due to the shared kitchen, if there is an accidental cross-contamination involving animal products, we will promptly report it to you.

Response Policy

1. Our restaurant has not received vegan certification from a third-party organization.
2. The kitchen environment is used for general cooking and is not dedicated exclusively to vegan cooking. We take great care in handling raw materials and seasonings, but please be aware that there is a possibility of cross-contamination with animal-derived ingredients when cooking in the same kitchen.
3. We have vegan options labeled as 'Vegan' on the menu. If you would like any other menu options, we can accommodate by making changes to the ingredients and seasonings.
4. We offer vegan-friendly menu options as follows:
   1. Ingredients, soup stock, seasonings, and fried oil used are checked for content ingredients and are free of animal and seafood ingredients (including secondary ingredients) or additives.
      ＊ However, that processing aids, carry-over ingredients, and additive preparations that are exempt from labeling under food regulations are not subject to verification.
   2. We use the same utensils such as cutting boards, knives, bowls, and tongs as those for regular cooking, and we wash them thoroughly before use.
   3. We use the same heating cookware (pots, pans) as those for regular cooking, and we wash them thoroughly before use.
   4. We use vegetable oil for cooking. If you wish to separate the frying oil from the regular cooking oil, please contact our staff. Please note that we may not always be able to accommodate your request, so kindly understand in advance.
   5. We use same dishes as those for the regular menu, and we wash them thoroughly before use.
